TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF USE
Manufacturing Group ("ManufacturingSources.net") maintains this Web site www.ManufacturingSources.net (the "Site") as a service to our customers and vendors (collectively "User" or "you"). By using this Site, the User agrees to accept and abide by the Terms and Conditions of Use ("Agreement") set forth hereinafter in this Agreement and to comply with all applicable laws and regulations. If User does not agree to accept and abide by these Terms and Conditions of Use and the Agreement, do not use the Site. ManufacturingSources.net may, without notice to User, change the terms and conditions of this Agreement, including without limitation terms affecting price, availability, information and site access. Users continued use of the Site after any changes to this Agreement will be considered acceptance of those changes.

FORMS OF PAYMENT
Acceptable forms of payment are check, certified or cashiers check and wire transfer.

ORDER TIME
Order and delivery times vary with product category and manufacturer.
Some of the Items displayed on the ManufacturingSources.net web site are unique and, because of their uniqueness, any sale or removal of these Items for any other reason may result in the Items not appearing on the web site in the future. Further, because the Items may have been provided by Vendors which may have operations or channels of sale independent of ManufacturingSources.net, such Vendors may have sold such Items through an alternate channel without notifying ManufacturingSources.net. User acknowledges that the Items featured on the web site, even when displayed on the Site, may not be available, and that all Items on the Site are subject to availability.
User acknowledges that Items made available for purchase through the ManufacturingSources.net Site consist of some hand made products, fine art and antiques, and as such Items may be somewhat in varying condition.

SALES TAXES AND GOVERNING LAW
ManufacturingSources.net is not responsible for collecting or submitting sales or use taxes for any state other than the State of California. Each state manages and dictates its own policies and requirements. All terms and conditions contained in this agreement (the "Agreement") constitutes our Agreement with you, governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California and further subject to the rules of binding arbitration (if any) as set forth hereunder.
Prices of Items may have originally been quoted in currencies other than the U.S. dollar and have been listed on the ManufacturingSources.net web site in U.S. dollars at an approximate rate of exchange. User acknowledges that rates of exchange for various currencies may be subject to fluctuations in market price that could affect the purchase price of Items, and may be subject to regulatory authorities with jurisdiction over transactions in that currency. ManufacturingSources.net disclaims any responsibility for increased purchase prices, losses, costs or damages associated with these events. Purchase, sale and prices of Items are subject to availability of Items and confirmation of prices by ManufacturingSources.net.

CANCELLATIONS AND RETURN POLICY
As soon as you place your order, we begin the procurement process from your chosen Item and Item manufacturer. Once the order is placed, ManufacturingSources.net is financially obligated to purchase the products ordered with each respective manufacturer. Therefore, we are not generally able to accept cancellations. We may, at our discretion, make an exception to this policy in which case a restocking charge of 1/3 of the purchase price, plus actual shipping charges, will apply. An authorized Supervisor or Manager must approve all exceptions in writing. Further, in the event that an item is returned in damaged condition following cancellation, additional charges for repairs will apply - so please be sure it is very well packed, padded and wrapped up well. Return shipping expenses can be substantial, call for an estimate.

No orders are shipped "on approval". Any errors in pricing or mistakes in arithmetic on your order are subject to correction. You are responsible for checking your order confirmation for accuracy. We are not responsible for errors if you fail to notify us of any other errors within 72 hours of receipt of your order confirmation. Be sure all the items needed for a complete and successful delivery are listed on your confirmation.

SPECIALS AND LIMITED TIME OFFERS

All sales, auctions, special offers, and limited time discounts are available for appointed time periods only. They cannot and will not be applied to sales closed before or after such time periods.

COPYRIGHT. All content included on the Site, such as text, graphics, logos, button icons, images, audio clips, digital downloads, data compilations, and software, is the Items of ManufacturingSources.net or its content suppliers and protected by United States and international copyright laws. The compilation of all content on this site is the exclusive Items of ManufacturingSources.net and protected by United States and international copyright laws. ManufacturingSources.net does not require casual visitors to register or provide any personal information. Domain names and IP addresses are logged for statistical and administrative purposes only.

ManufacturingSources.net is not obligated to determine whether taxes apply and is not responsible to collect, remit or report any sales or use taxes arising from any transaction unless such transaction is directly between ManufacturingSources.net and the User.
